Public Sector case studies

NHS GGC – Effective Project Management for NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde

The NHS GGC were looking for a PMO solution to help them manage 100s of projects. Utilising SharePoint Online and Power BI, Microsoft’s data visualisation platform, the Bridgeall solution delivered a cost-effective way of standardising processes and documentation to support all stages of the project management lifecycle, reducing the need for less efficient processes.

NHS NSS – Supporting the Digital Workplace with a SharePoint Intranet

Bridgeall designed and built a SharePoint platform customised to meet the specific user and business needs within NHS NSS and subsequently made a significant contribution to their strategic objectives of reducing the amount of staff time spent on administrative tasks, improving customer engagement and providing the development team with a single, efficient communications channel.

NHS NES – Job Re-Evaluation Platform Development for the NHS

Bridgeall delivered a solution architecture that considered the functional requirements of the system and requirements for integration into NHS Education for Scotland’s Turas Digital platform. The first phase of work engaged with the wider stakeholder community in NHS Scotland and identified a prioritised backlog of functionality that could be delivered, along with non-functional and data-migration requirements.
